1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message along with tracking details (where available).

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Within Uttar Pradesh: 2–5 business days

  • Rest of India: 3–7 business days

  • Remote or rural areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, weather conditions, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or orders above ₹2000.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or your registered mobile number (where available). You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts according to their standard policy. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other customer-related reasons, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.

Vindra Fashion Jewellery is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been tampered with, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Photos of the package

  • Photos or videos of the product

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.
